WIRKIN FOR A BIRKIN....

Or is it Berkun working? Either way....
One thing I often find women contemplating is how to dress for work. Being a stylist, dressing for work is fun but can often be challenging. You always have to be stylish and wow your client while staying comfortable enough to run around, carry boxes, unpack, repack, steam clothes, dress and undress models and so much more, all while staying fabulous. After years of practice, I like to think I’ve got it down. One thing that dresses up any outfit a bit, is a trusty pair of heels. I almost always wear heels on set and my feet get uncomfortable being on hard studio floors all day even in the most comfortable pair. So, I make sure I have a backup in my bag. Changing shoes, even into another pair of heels makes a day in heels much easier! I also love a great tee. I recently discovered these Cotton Candy Couture t-shirts designed by local designer and fellow blogger, Jenna Zielbauer. They’re sold at Von Z and I can’t get enough! They’re so fun and so soft! They add a bit of humor to any outfit! Throw on a blazer, your favorite pair of jeans or trousers and some great jewelry and your ready for the long, but always fun day on set!
