So I suppose I should be talking about spring, fashion week, the anticipation of pastels and florals... instead, I give you black, leather,
Polar Vortex style!
Last week I did a pull for our
Glossed & Found annual Valentines Day Issue! Being a stylist means walking in and out of stores and show rooms all around the city. Usually, I love it! No problems! But, you "Chiberians" know just as well as I do that we are stuck in the very middle of this crazy thing called the
Polar Vortex.
You know, not to continue my nagging, I mean I do wanna get back to this style blog and all...but I do come from Russia, and I have lived in Chicago for quite some time. I thought I knew what cold was... I was wrong! Chiberia struck hard last week and I didn't want to even leave the house let alone walk the whole city to do a pull!
So here you have it! Managing to look descent while literally wearing 3 different layers, my grandma's mink hat from Russia and a cape that I transformed into a scarf! I felt comfortable, sorta warm and well...I think I looked pretty cute!
What I'm wearing underneath...
