After my trip to
Lanvin last week, I headed over to meet with my friend Edgar who works at
TOM FORD. With nearly 100 stores worldwide, Chicago finally got it's very
own last month. The 4,700-square-foot, two story store resides in the old
Esquire theater building on Oak street. The store is complete with
marble floors, loads of mirrors and VIP rooms upstairs with ultra suede furnishings. If I didn't know any better it felt like I was entering another ultra swanky lounge equipped with some pretty sexy cigar accessories. Dying for the horn lighter below.
The store is stocked with fringe, leather ponchos, geometric prints, ultra body hugging frocks and patent leather galore! I think we all know that "sexy" is Tom Ford's middle name! FW13 at Tom Ford is all about thigh high boots, locks, zippers, leather moto jackets and the color red of course!
And here, is the jacket that brought tears of joy to these eyes. The one I might consider sacrificing my children's college fund for. Happy shopping!!!
