I’ve built my mini empire on the color red. From MISSRED INC to my own personal style, this statement color is a big part of my life. Whether I’m wearing a pair of killer red heels out on the town or attending an event in a sleek red mini, this hue is my fail-safe. Wearing blood red, crimson, or even a muted, paler shade makes women look powerful and sexy. And lets not forget that Christian Louboutin has become the most sought after shoe designer thanks to his famous red soles.
I’m thrilled that red is a staple hue for designers’ Fall/Winter 2010 collections. To name drop a bit, red was all over the runways at Givenchy, Stella McCartney, Lanvin, Sonia Rykiel, Ann Demeulemeester, and Alexander Wang.
