BELL by Alicia Bell

I am so in love with this eyelet dress from Bell by Alicia Bell. It is so versatile and can be worn from the Hampton's to the streets of New York... just like anything else, it all depends on how you style it! Naturally, I had to add some edge and leather to make it fit my personality.  It seems unlikely, but this eyelet dress transitions perfectly into fall with a great pair of booties and a layering piece.

One of my favorite parts about Bell is that it is all custom made.  You can choose to add different style sleeves, wear it with or without the belt, and much, much more! I love adding the belt to get more of a shape but also dig how it flows off the body when it is not belted.

Last week I told you about the Furla + Glossed & Found event I was hosting in Chicago. My favorite Chicago fashion peeps came out to see FURLA'S latest collection. Remember the FURLA Candy Bag that every blogger, socialite and fashion maven carried and still carries? Well, FURLA has come up with a new 'it' bag.... tan tanadaaaa... I introduce to you the "Metropolis." It comes in a few shapes and sizes, an array of colors and the price is amazing! I personally love the mini! It's adorable, easy to carry and transitions day to night seamlessly. Of course I'm obsessed with this fur version, you can buy beginning of September, which also comes in fuchsia and muted grey. In the meantime you can visit or your nearest FURLA store and get yourself a chic Metropolis mini, I had to snag the navy one as well!!!

And if you missed the event here's a quick little recap for ya!

Ok, so my favorite color is red, but lately I've been obsessed with pale blue hues. Powder blues, pinks and violets were all the rage for spring and quickly moved into summer. Now that fall is around the corner, baby blues are here to stay. Pair them with chocolates (like I did here), burgundys and navys and you're spring/summer blues will transition perfectly into fall.

Ok, so I've noticed that a lot of my blog posts have been about riding lately, well... it's summer and that's just what we do! Last week I took my longest motorcycle ride to date. Went five states in five days. Of course, for me the most difficult part was packing for five days and fitting it all into a tiny tour pack! However I did it and I'm proud. I even managed to fit four pairs of shoes in there and enough clothes to last me about two weeks!!! Thanks to these amazing Travel Space Bags.

I recycled my Sacai vest quite a bit, but it really goes with everything, best Ikram buy to date. I've worn it so many times and so many different ways that it's really becoming my staple.

So what I'm trying to say here, is leather vests are cool and are not just for biker babes, but really could be something that transitions into any season, and any wardrobe style!

Here I am wearing it in Louisville, Kentucky!!!

Here I am pretending to hail a cab and jump through the streets!

So a few posts ago I told you about my night at Enolo Wine Bar, but what I didn't tell you is that just a few hours prior to that event, I wore this outfit shooting a bunch of gorgeous Chicago ladies for our Furla event next week. Yes, I ran around Superior in 4+ inch heels, with my 15lb Canon shooting these gorgeous femmes that you can see here!

Another highlight from the shoot? I got to hang with my 'girl crush' Shannon O'brien!!!

I have to tell you, that Elizabeth Margulis (friend, assistant and fellow stylist), had to photograph me for the event and all props to her non-photographer-amazing-photographing skills!

Now, back to the party... if you wanna go here's your invite, and now back to my style post!!! Wanna know the best part of this outfit? It's on a major summer SALE at ZARA. Wanna know why I'm smiling so much in these photos!? Well it's Happy Hour and this outfit is on SALE, plus it's my all time favorite thing to to shopping, working and hanging with my fam, and I always smile doing those things anyway!

The color combo of the bright white with the minty green skirt makes for a perfect summer night outfit in the city! I finished off the look with a healthy dosage of pearls.
